Mezza9 @ Hyatt Hotel

Went for Lunch with Dad last week.

Flowers at hotel lobby
Complementary warm bread + tomato spread
Seaweed Salad, daily sashimi, wasabi dressing
Dad enjoyed this tremendously, as he is a huge wasabi fan.

This had a very unique taste, very different from the usual smoked salmon salad or caesar salad. Every crunch of seaweed was a new burst of flavour.

Romaine lettuce, parmesan dressing, smoked scottish salmon, crispy onions
Char-grilled lamb t-bones, baby spinach, potato gnocchi, tomato salsa
This was lovely, done medium rare. Meat was extremely tender. The tomato salsa complemented the intense taste of the lamb perfectly.

Char-grilled flat iron steak, grilled asparagus, mashed potato
Meat was perfect medium rare too. The small bowl of yellow stuff in the background is actually buttery sauce to go with the steak.

I understand that the cutlery is abit of a distraction, that was the way it was served. It wasn't easy taking pictures of the food individually as the table was small.

Warm soft centered chocolate pudding, cocoa-ginger sherbet.
Both of us ordered the same desert, a pleasant end to the meal.

Had a stroll around the hotel lobby after the meal. Took a couple of other pictures and i noticed they had a couple of jewellery shops there, about three of them.
